2024 SALE INFORMATION

SALE LOCATION: Jerilderie Racecourse, Wilson Road

Entry: Gold coin donation to Lions Club Jerilderie

AUCTION CONDITIONS:

1. The auction will be conducted by representatives of Elders Rural Services that have been appointed by the Jerilderie Apex Club Inc. committee. Normal auction conditions will apply using the number system.

2. All intending buyers must register before the auction and display their number when making a successful bid. AuctionsPlus participants need to register with AuctionsPlus, and complete a buyer registration.

3. Buyers not registered will be unable to purchase and the dog will be re-auctioned.

4. Terms are strictly payment on the day with Cash, Cheque or Eftpos/Bank transfer. Agent accounts available if a letter of introduction is sent to di.rutherford@elders.com.au before 5pm Friday 23rd February. Buyers must settle their accounts immediately post sale. Dogs will be handed over on the presentation of a receipt. If purchased on AuctionsPlus, it is the buyers responsibility to organise freight of the dog. Shane McConnell of Southern Dog Transport will be on site as an option for Dog transport. (0447 093 924).

5. The committee will hold dogs “Passed In” for 30 minutes after completion of the auction, to allow negotiations between auctioneer and the under bidder.

6. The organiser of the event will adjudicate any disputes or problems which may arise on the day.

7. Conditions of the event are included on the Information & conditions of Entry sheet forwarded with entry forms. Copies are available at the office and on the website.

8. The committee of Jerilderie Apex Club Inc. together with the auctioneers take no responsibility for the accuracy of information provided in this catalogue.

AUCTIONSPLUS

Bidding will open Monday 19th February on AuctionsPlus and will conclude with the live Auction commencing 1:30pm Saturday 24th February on-site (running in conjunction with the Auctionsplus platform) with the winning bidder on each lot being at the fall of the auctioneers hammer.

Those wishing to use this facility must register an account with AuctionsPlus.

If you are successful in purchasing through AuctionsPlus, it is the buyers responsibility to organise freight and insurance (if applicable) of the dog. A committee member will contact you soon after sale to obtain payment and delivery instructions unless organised prior through workingdogauction@gmail.com.
